The shot of what the skyline could potentially look like is just... WOW! A couple more 150+ and Adelaide will certainly shake off it's backward stigma.

Am I the only one feeling that the casino extension imposes on the Dustan Playhouse for all the wrong reasons?

Nope. I've voiced that sentiment in the Casino thread. It's not so much the size of the casino extension, but that it get's so close that neither has any breathing room.

No worries, mono. You're actually kind of wrong in that they don't take a long time to make
because I make them beige.
Most of the blocks are just squares/rectangles "extruded" to their correct heights that don't require any great effort to make. I did put a tiny bit more effort into some such as the LeCornu and Trims site developments, but they still aren't particularly difficult to make or accurate.
But yeah, I do agree that they're ugly, no offence taken there. I probably could add some textures, but Google Earth is a greedy program that eats up a tonne of resources just to display some blocks. I've mentioned before that a textured model I made of 70 Franklin along with Rundle Place was enough to crash the program rather quickly. Not to mention this would be time consuming to make.
I could maybe colour the blocks appropriately if you think that would look a bit better? It sometimes gets a bit hard to see everything if it's all beige.

I'll happily shift this over to the casino thread but for just a second picture a structure similar to the planned casino extension on the site of the InterContinental, Riverside Centre and Plenary building, would be mint!

You mis-interpreted my sarcasm. I sincerely meant that what you did WAS a lot of work. Even if they are beige boxes, that took a bit of effort. And I think it's important that you leave them as beige boxes so people can see where all the new stuff will be.
10/10 would watch again.

Btw the councils 3D model, the buildings are available to download either textured or non textured.
Textured the file is over a gig, but Chris Pyne says Australians don't need fast 31st century broadband so for most of you who are probably on antiquated ADSL connections it'll take you quite a few hours at best.

You have numbered 47 - a lot going on here - much more than I thought...and.... some big ones too. Much more spread out and not the spine than was to be. Looking forward to seeing some of this in action in Nov.

Slightly off topic, but expect indoor Google maps for a lot of the major public spaces too, probably in 2017. I'm working on some projects right now in fact.

Found it. We can probably add some height to realm now and festival centre tower.
