[U/C] Westfield Tea Tree Plaza (Extension)
[U/C]
Heres some info on the Burnside Village development
http://www.burnsidevillage.com.au/news.htm
- 1,500sq metres of additional retail space
- multi-level carpark (130 spaces)
new stores include Peter Alexander, Sleepware, ABC Bookstores, Seed and many more...
Not a very big development, but it should look good.

Has anyone seen the plans for TTP or does anyone know in detail how they're going to do it or any details of any special features etc?
As I've said before I really wish Westfield would take more pride in the appearance of their centres, especially externally. I am only worried that this further extension might just make it even uglier than it already is.

I thought this one was approved and ready to begin, but still nothing seems to have happened. Anyone got any updates?

They're getting very very good at being vague, that's all I can say. The picture tells you nothing, except that they will probably be building it right out to the road, and because it will be ugly as hell, they will attempt to cover it up with a few very ordinary looking trees.
I wish I could be more positive about it but so far I can see no reason.

But as I've said before in another thread, Westfield has proven that they are capable of building some very beautiful, even stunning shopping centres.
So why can't they at least make them look reasonable here in Adelaide?
