Sorry, but, if IGA arent super markets, what are they lol?
Stage 1 comprises both towers.
Stage 2 will be the former "Loft" site
Stage 3 will be a parcel of land immediately north of stage 1.

There are 2 towers in stage one linked together by a mutual podium. We haven't seen renders of the other stages yet just "concept" images.

The Coffee Club have also been secured as a tennant on the ground floor.

Even though I suspect the planned Woolworth will be similar to the smaller Woolworths outlets they've been opening around Melbourne CBD, this will be a great kick up the arse for Coles to either do something better or to move on completely from the Central Markets site (here's hoping for the latter).

I've heard Oaks are taking up a significant portion of this development.

Wouldn't surprise me at all; they do a roaring trade at the Precinct. A little disappointing, given a transient population doesn't really do much for the culture or atmosphere of the area... probably also a bit of a sting for people buying off the plan who don't realise they've essentially bought into a hotel. Oaks will also steamroll the body corporate, appoint themselves as building managers etc.

Having a dodgy, sleazy Asian massage business (also known as a brothel ) operating is a bit of a sting to people buying off the plan too.
It's an absolute disgrace that a business like that is able to operate in an upmarket apartment building.

So because it's run by Asians, it's dodgy, sleazy & a brothel?

Where did you get information that there is a brothel operating from here. That is a pretty big claim and one you would want to back up with facts.

I dont see the problem with a massage chain looking to (apparently) set up in this vicinity, maybe you should go into one before assuming that all massage places are brothels in disguise.

There was an article in the paper today saying that demolition work will occur in July.
Accordingly construction work will most likely start towards the end of the year.

Site works are starting today - there's a project launch on with Martin Hamilton Smith.
