I hope it's Flinders. There's some romance to having the tallest skyscraper in the city over the road from a tyre and auto

Here I was hopeful there was something new about the world's mightiest building.

Being in the design competition phase, it is obviously confidential. There is plenty happening in the background. The project is real. I realise it's not much help to say this, but all will be revealed in due course!

Correct me if I am wrong but the company behind this project is the same company that said that construction
has started on U2 on Waymouth back in April 2015. Now coming toward the end of 2017 there still isn't a crane on site.

The thread title needs correcting. The stated 230m is above height datum (AHD). This corresponds to height above ground level of approx 195m (PANS-OPS level).

The developer built Aria. U2 is now under construction. I would regard them as having more credibility than most developers in Adelaide. I am working on this project. I'm confident that the developer will build on this site and it will be the tallest building in Adelaide.

I assume Rev's 'comment' is an attempt to provoke me into releasing images. There is zero chance of this. Everything is strictly confidential until it goes in for DA, which should be soon.

Makris Group developed most of the Glenelg waterfront including the marina, plus the North Adelaide Village.
Your logic would imply the developer would have credibility with regards to the Lecornu site. Yet it sits empty.

Basically, I don't want to be parachuting off the top of this thing in the nude.

Can't wait to see it mate. Please no blank walls. I really hope this is an iconic tower, or in the least adds to our bland skyline.
