I know someone who works in the building and asked if they had heard anything. She said they just signed a further 12 month lease extension a few weeks ago. Not sure if they intend to build while the MLC building remains tenanted or just another puff piece.

Just another puff piece. Unless Harrot conveniently forgot about SCAP, Site Works and everything else that typically goes into a development.
