I think it actually says I J Projects? Either way, can’t find anything on them either
Early on in the piece, the Facebook page for the project said that Watpac was the builder, but I guess that was a while ago and something must have changed.

They seem to be very small with only a couple of resi projects and a microsoft paint logo. Going to be interesting how this pans out.

One hopes this isn't the sort of cost cutting contracting that led to dodgy builds in places like Sydney. SA's high rise has probably been spared so far because construction is dominated established operators.

the builder on this is ed alarcon, he's ex-hindmarsh and knows what he is doing. ij projects (yes the same company, website out of date) are providing project management services.

Looks a well organised site. Not sure if there are below ground car parks?
Also seems to be good street activation - nice to have population growth in the western CBD

Another shot of the piles + concrete.
Not sure how the basement level proceeds with the shallow concrete overhang inward from the piles? Would appreciate some information on this.

Talked to the site manager yesterday. They are digging down 3 levels for car parking. That will take a couple of months to complete and the crane can go in after that.

Doesn't look like it will be 3 levels to me.

Looks like they are stabilising the perimeter walls before digging.
