Are there no floor numbers on the cores anywhere? From my vantage point I think I count floorplates 23 then 4 exposed on the northern core, so I think Ben might be on the money with 6 rises left (including what's in the core box).

I was curious from Norman's pic whether the crane has reached the full height of the tower - looks like it may be at or around the height of the final building height now

There will be balconies breaking up the façade as well as a different roofline.

Wait hang on. In the top picture it looks like the western side is totally glazed but in the second picture it’s not? It looks so much better. But I’m confused.

The first pictures was photoshopped to get a gauge of height is that correct?

Yes, the tower at full height is a photoshopped image.

It’s special glazing that can only be seen at certain times of the day at certain angles.

Well it looks like shit at certain times, based on the little bit of glazing that was used for the Photoshop.
Looks like something out of the 1990s.

Is this still going to be a Sofitel hotel? I notice the signage has been removed for a few months now.

Building designs and finishes of a high quality and standard shouldn't be exclusive to location.

According to their website, yes.
