Well the "0" is next to the "9" on the keyboard. Perhaps EBG has fat fingers.citywatcher wrote: ↑Sat Sep 07, 2019 11:46 pm07/9/19?EBG wrote:Update 7/9/2010- both buildings gradually going.

These pictures are a bit old, but the walkway connecting the Emergency and Outpatients Blocks has been demolished along with most of the Emergency Block and about half of the Helipad extension atop the Outpatients Block. Refurbishment appears to have begun on the Bice Building.

15/9/2019 some pictures of the North Tce building demolition front and back views.

Not sure if this has been posted previously but found a different website that relates to Lot Fourteen - https://www.futureadl.com.au/1/4/lot-fourteen
It has some interesting if not outdated renders that appear to still include the Dental School which is being demolished as we speak

Dental school in Frome Rd is completely gone and the Out Patients building on North Tce only has a couple of levels of steel work still standing.

Trees are in the process of being cut down. They’ve fenced off the whole north side of North Tce.

Fuckwits. Perhaps elm trees OK if dead but if they were still healthy like the plane trees before them why get rid off them. Were they a nuisance?

Never really liked plonky Edwardian institutional architecture as a genre but now the trees are gone I’ll get the chance to enjoy it for years to come. The new landscaping better be bloody good. Really bloody good. It was the landscaping contractor that declared they couldn’t work with the trees in situ.

Not that they couldn't work with them, it was more that it was due to the position of the roots, any work would likely have killed them. Sure you could incorporate them into the landscaping plan and hope for the best, but if they then died, then the entire plan would be compromised.Honey of a City wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 8:48 pmIt was the landscaping contractor that declared they couldn’t work with the trees in situ.

The crawler crane is either been disassembled or reconfigured this week end.
