I assume the rear of the podium will be car parking, hence the change of grade and the different opening alignments from the northern to southern sides of the core.

I see that post-tensioning is being used for the slabs on this building.

Apologies as I'm sure this has probably been covered before in the thread.. but are there any proposals for the rejuvenation of Renaissance arcade and how it connects with this building?

As they shouldn't be. I recall they were scheduled to have the podium finished by July 30.
