That second to last shot, when the convention centre is finished and those rowing sheds are hopefully gone, with some more bars and restaurants put in and what not, thats gonna look f*cking sexy.

I know that it's on Waymouth, however I saw this crane in the street outside the Telstra
building on Currie Street. I could not work out why the crane was there because there are
no construction sites in that area. The only thing I could think of is that the Uno crane had
come down and they moved it to Currie Street (to take it apart) as it would be less of a disruption to traffic
in that location.

Yes a record for sure. I have lived in Adelaide off and on for many years and there have never been 13 cranes active in the CBD. I think we are entering a new era of preosperity, based on extensive natural resources and the other forms of wealth creation, through our defence industries, higher education and service industries. It is a nice feeling to now experience the confidence, population growth and investment that has bypassed Adelaide for many years after the State Bank.

There are notices in the lifts of the Henry Waymouth Carpark, notifying of road closures and restricted access into the carpark on the 21-22 April weekend. So I assume this is for the demobilisation of the Uno tower crane.
Looks like we'll be down to 11 cranes by Monday.

I think it was for the removal of the Gantry across Bentham street for CC8. Bentham Street has been closed all weekend. Uno Crane is still up but only a matter of time till it's down.

The southern rundle plaza crane is down. Not sure if they are relocating it or there is no need for it.

I could have sworn I saw 3 today. I think they relocated it to the footpath on Grenfell Street.

The crane pieces on friday where located on the foodpath when i drove past.

There was definetly 3 cranes again last night when i was in the city (unless i was seeing things whilst consuming alcohol).
