Excellent. Norwood, do you know the width of the canopy as well?

It looks like the tower is following quite close to the render, with the half width glazing row that is going up now being aparent in the render.

Very impressive - especially that last shot Adelarch. Looks more bulky that the original, even allowing for the extra floor.

More of the glazing going up on the front today. You can see the blue glass which has already been installed on the eastern side of the building in this pic:

Nope on the eastern wall the see through blue glass has been installed. You can see it if you look closely.

There's an ad for space to lease in this building in today's AFR, with the rather embarrassing by-line of "Adelaide's only new office building"

Sad advert.statement BUT - this factor has bouyed the Adelaide office rents from collapsing and bodes well for acceleration of construction once out of the GFC to keep up with demand. Developers will get on to this. Recently read (AFR 23/7) we have 7.5% office space not used. Vacant space in the other capital CBD's accellerating. Eg Brisbane more unused space than us and rapidly increasing.

So far I'm underwhelmed by this building. The marble (? It's marble, right?) on the lower floors just looks overly bulky and heavy. I really hope the look of the glass is great, because I fear that this will become a very large box.
