PO Boxes cost $75/year, as stated here, unless you get the reduced rate:

Okay, I made some very minor changes - grammatical errors, etc.

Removed the pictures, because it is a professional letter, and i think the images detract from this fact.

I have uploaded it for review. Today is the last day you will get a chance to furthermore correct things, please try and refrain from adding further detail etc, so to keep it to two pages. Howie will then assess it over the weekend and we'll have it submitted next week (Monday)

Cheers.

Okay, well thats that then. Submission will go ahead as it is in its final form as of the last update. I'll be sending it to Howie for his review, and then have it on Mr.Conlons desk by Tuesday I hope.

Much appreciated and fantastic effort guys. Hopefully our voice will pave way for action.

Even if that isn't the case, it still raises the profile of the website with several influential people, and that can only be a good thing.

Good work by all involved. This document could also be used as a template for future submissions.

A small grammatical problem in the third paragraph:
We strongly believe the relocation of DTEI staff to a CBD building that meets efficiency, sustainability and aesthetic design criteria would demonstrate the Government’s leadership in this field, and encouraging other organisations to follow suit.
It should be: encourage

Thanks Ben for highlighting that for us. Howie will amend it as he reviews it.

It's looking nice, I noticed a few minor grammatical errors and a few run on sentences. I've corrected those and took some of the long windedness out of the concluding paragraph.

So, thats that then. Howie has reviewed it and has given it the thumbs up for it to be submitted. I'll have it printed off and sent away! :D

Congratulations all for a marvellous effort put into this. Our influence hopefully will make a change for the better.
