Good question. The thread title has been changed too prematurely.AtD wrote:Why is the thread changed to U/C?

Premature alteration! I'm sure there's a nasal spray to fix that. Will wrote:Good question. The thread title has been changed too prematurely.AtD wrote:Why is the thread changed to U/C?

No, not premature at all.
Demolition is on as we speak, this is under construction!

Sorry for being persistent on this issue, but correct me if I'm wrong, but had we not decided to only declare a building U/C when the actual structure is U/C.

I agree with Will. Construction usually follows a demolition, but not always immediately and unless earthworks or piling is started for foundations we should wait to declare U/C. I know we are sometimes over eager, but don't you agree?

Saw these containers facing Wakefield Street as I drove past. Just wondering whether they are positioned far enough to the east to allow the office building on the corner of Roper Street to be built soon (rather than in 24 months). Also will the carpark be the first stage?Description: Fix advertising signage to 4 shipping containers for a period of 24 months.

Does anyone know the amount of office space within this development - Will, if its you - would you be able to tell me where you source your information from, so I could retrieve it myself, so I don't have to keep asking you.

Went past today as I work nearby and took a couple of photo's.
There is a sign up in the front of Feliciano saying 'business as usual', though they must be getting worried someone might mistake their building as one of the one's to come down.
The two heritage buildings on Roper Street are now nothing more than facades.

I source my information from Emporis, however unfortunately only editors have access to such information. The senior editors have been talking about opening up all the data for the general community, however they have never taken concrete actions to do so. However to be honest I have not visited the internal forums for a while, so the data may have been finally opened up to the public without me knowing.
The problem is that I have been collecting building and development related data for more than a decade, so the information you seek is in my archive. So unless Emporis has opened up, you will have to keep consulting me. I do not mind.

As far as I know, it's no. I doubt they would be suitable as a ground floor tenant, but anything is possible (should the developer decide so).cruel_world00 wrote:Is Feliciano remaining with this development?
