This site was cleared on the weekend all ready for construction to commence. So much demolition going on lately.

Oh gosh, some of the marketing :wank: on that website...
Still, it remains a great project and is proof that Woods Bagot can do good design when it wants to. And that fly through on the website is spectacular.

Drilling equipment has started today so construction has commenced. Pretty quick from annoincement throughto site commencement

It’ great to see this project getting off the ground so quickly. I recently looked at the floor plans and the upper stories look very nice. Great to see a development that isn't a block.

Where can you see the floorplans. Clicked on the above link to their website
and it indicates they are not yet available and are to follow
