Wow - $4.17m for an Adelaide apartment - as reported in the advertiser yesterday.
Not bad for a sleepy "backwater" as per Brumby's comment. Interesting as the highest reputed price paid for
a Melbourne apartment is "only" $3.5m !

Not quite...Leyton Hewitt paid $7.2m for the penthouse in Yve by Sunland on St Kilda Rd and there are a few others now sold for a higher price which are waiting settlement [on completion of their buildings].

Eureka's penthouse sold for around $7m if my memory serves me correctly, and that was simply a shell, not fitted out at all.
