Never trust anyone working in real estate
If they're saying 70% sold then that must be around the mark. Anyway it should go ahead next year
which is the main thing. That means 3 new buildings for South Terrace - August Towers, Citi Terrace and
261 - 265 South Terrace.

Ok heard back from the agent. Reality is sales are around the 60% mark.

This will be the closest hotel accommodation, i believe, to St Andrews hospital. Should be well patroned.

Shuz, I read it as only the two levels of medical suites will be changed to hotel rooms.

I suspect due to the number of apartment buildings proposed for this city, there's no guarantee TV and print press will pick up on the projects through press releases and therefore they're trying to grab the attention of market by other means.

Workers were installing red plastic bollards in Hutt St next to this site. Maybe for demo or maybe just road works?

There's been unassociated roadworks adjacent for a good couple of weeks.
Suspect we'll see demolition approval as the next step.
That being said Ben stated a few posts back that work would commence in November...

Correct, the red bollards were for gas works along hutt st, but drove past this morning & the entire site was fenced off, so looks like demolition officially commences today!
