Fantastic. West Terrace lighting is in shambles as it is right now, I hope they also fix up the median.

Great pic update crawf, thanks.
Yeah since they completed internal demolition this one has come down quickly. Maybe the ATO who are seeking office space could move a few metres from their current office to this new one. That would be great.
It would be great if that remaining exchange building to the north (ugly as hell) could have its western and northern walls knocked out to those concrete columns and beams and have glass instead. Anyway that will never happen, can only dream I suppose
What is inside that building, just wires and computers?

From my dealings with All State demolition, once the internal demolition is complete, the rest will only be a matter of days. I expect this to be just one big pile of rubble by the end of next week.
My dad (who used to work for Telstra) once told me a story about that exchange building in that it is so quiet inside, they actually play piped conversation to not make it so eery. Really bizarre.

I'd best pop down to the ACC and submit my application for a tower on the site of Just Kidding.

What better spot for one... Just don't make it student accommodation whatever you do. We already have enough cupboard space in Adelaide.

The 'western tower' stands at 17 levels and 67m, whereas the 'eastern tower' stands at 15 levels and 55m. However this is not a twin tower development, as essentially both 'towers' compose the same building. What I am trying to say is that this development is not like 140 North Terrace or Aurora on Pirie which are genuine twin tower developments.
The building will contain 32 336sqm2 of office space.
Its status is currently APPROVED.

Just to confirm, is this still the current render?
There was talk of it being simpler (dumbed down)...
