A couple of pictures of said demolition today - couldn't get great angles because I was in a bit of a hurry and also that truck was in the way.

The building is pretty much all gone already. I suppose it was tiny. Lets hope they move quickly on construction.

Went past today and the site was completely levelled. Piling/excavation work should start in the next few weeks.
