I did ask the people working here and indeed, gave me permission.

Re: accessing Westpac House - if you mean level 30, you can access that floor without a keycard, and the foyer looks west. But unless things have changed radically, you'll have to deal with the Servcorp ladies who may or may not react well to your visit! I felt a bit uncomfortable taking photos from there myself when the company I worked for was paying them a fortune to rent half of level 24 (Servcorp operates floors 24 and 30, or at least used to when I was there).

I took a few photos from about the 4th level of the new research center but this one was the only one that turned out i will have to try again.

One of the strangest machines on the site is that square roller thingy pulled by tractor.
