Theres that forest of cranes up in full on Nth Tce. Looks like this at a low angle when you can see all the cranes. Hoping the 2 KWS Sth projects get moving as well - some delay here???

Hi Jack SKWS developments are still at site works stage although 399KWS has commence construction and is up to level 1 I have not seen a crane base or even know where room for one is so will be interesting to see how it progresses.

399 is defiantly progressing, drove past it today, however the student accommodation on the corner has stalled once again, hopefully it wont make 2 fenced off sites for KWS

Thanks guys - I was getting concerned that they might have stopped part way through development. These and the Hills site would have made 3 in KWS.

7th Crane up at NRAH and crane base at 379 KWS and IBIS and ARIA soon, we should hit 20's within the next month with none due down for a couple of months.

IBIS and ARIA cranes should be up by end of May, potentially also VISION.

Is there still an 8th crane to come up at NRAH?

Not long till we have over 20 cranes. Certainly is an apartment boom at the moment, whether they are selling i'm not sure but developers generally aren't stupid. this should subsequently improve activity, improving business and investment and creating more demand, similar to what has happened in melbourne on a small scale.

Nup, the large mobile crane was putting sections of the mast (baulderstone green in colour) in place on Friday. The crane was located on the western end of the new southern stand.

One of the tower cranes for the southern stand at AO has been taken down.
