if this is going to be proposed, I have a feeling it'll be declined rather quickly. The ACC is most likely going to say that It won't "respect the surrounding heritage buildings"

Once they finally finish of the revamp of the GHD building, it will look good.

it will improve the look, but it wont look "good" IMO. Needs a paint job to make it look more modern. AFAIK its just the windows they are doing?

Probably about the 5th proposal for this site in recent times. Only a couple months back they were going to install statues... but maybe they are temporary and can be removed easily anyway.

yeeerrr I'd call Edge more of a Youth Group. It's dedicated to getting youth off the city streets. Paradise on the other hand is nothing but a business.
