They have the site closer to the law courts. It's a 2 level commercial building. There is a thread somewhere. Having said that, I know that cranes are only allowed to penetration the PANS-OPS ceiling for 3 months. Any longer requires special approval from the Federal Minister. Does anyone know the story behind this one in regards to airport approvals?
