I wondered that too. The lighter green areas are meant to be white based off of the renders...

Yeah, the concrete looks awful. I just assumed it had yet to be coated with whatever was going over it yet but wouldn't they do that before putting windows in to make it easier?
edit: disregard, looking at the renders it clear there is more structure to be attached on top of the windows/concrete.

Glazing is continuing to go up.

Do the floors look really thin to anyone else? I'm not claiming they've been built incorrectly or they're not thick enough as the people who designed and are building this know far more about construction than I do. Just an observation.

2 long view shots of the glazing as we start to get a better idea of the overall look of the podium.

I like the glazing. I think so far it’s quite promising.
[COM] Re: Adelaidean | 11 Frome Street | 135m | 37 Levels | Mixed Use | New tallest
The glazing will be behind various vertical elements attached in front, so its quality won't necessarily make or break the podium.
Tower proper on the other hand...

I'm not holding too much hope for this, if this is the level of transparency and reflectiveness for the tower proper, it'll be a shocker...

Are these windows for the interior with external glass panels to be attached in the future?
The other thought I had was that the windows on this specific area is only one part of the varied window designs on each level. There are parts that have panels sticking and sections that are almost curved. It looks different to the one on the website at the moment, but I'll wait for it to be done before I make any judgements.
Is the render of the podium on the website the most up-to-date?

The most recent renders are on page 55 here and here.
The windows on the podium are as is but will have shading and aesthetic fins overlaid.
The windows look darkly tinted but low reflection - can't tell for sure how they'll look going up. The opaque glass panels are an... interesting choice. Certainly better than concrete or some such material. Hopefully they create an attractive pattern or visual relief for the tower overall as it rises.

I feel this will look more like the model in the show room and I’m not sure how I feel about that. A grey glass with reflection would have been quite striking. We have a lot of blue/green around the city and quite frankly it’s a colour scheme I find now the years out of date.
Still quite hopeful though.

Brother, $100 million is peanuts for a 37 level building. You can't expect a master piece for that type of money.

I drove past today around 10am. I thought it looked better in person. It was reflective but nothing crazy. Hard to make a judgement call until its done.

Another North Tce view of the windows ( soon to be hidden by the neighbouring building). Pic 24/1/2019.
