How do you feel about living in a shoe box? Because they aren't much bigger..

... Having said that, they would be ultra low maintenance...

The low maintenance side of thing does interest me. I think I would be happy living in a shoebox in this part of my life until my situation requires additional space.

P.S. The webpage doesn't actually have the physical wall-to-wall size... Only a basic floor plan giving me the option to estimate the size.

No it doesn't, but you have their contact details. :)

Cheers

What's happened with this one, hasn't been any news in 4 weeks. Surely its topped out by now?

Still a level to go ... they were pouring concrete last Thursday, & have put metal supports on part of the western wall, apparently
for a skin to cover the exposed concrete ... http://xaragmata.mooo.com/album/adelaid ... d26j7.html

Another floor started today. Maybe one more after this one and that will be it.

The building looks OK and breaks the west tce drab appearance.

Viewed from the corner of Sir Donald Bradman Drive and West Terrace while driving into the city it looked like the lift core has topped out. Anyone confirm this?

Cheers

Some time in the last 2 weeks, the signage has been altered showing the current price per unit as $175,000 instead of $169,900,
with a large banner added on the West Tce side.

Have a feeling this crane will be coming down this weekend as that end of Waymouth street will be closed. Eithier that or one going up accross the road at Space but haven't seen a crane base yet.

Yep, I agree.

The cladding is just about done both sides and by the looks of it all of the stell is up too, so no need for heavy lifting.

I've heard Space will have two cranes too!

Judging from the photo that Adam took of the Space site, my money is that the I-Pad crane will be coming down this weekend.

I can see this development from my office, and for a student complex, I think it's turning out really quite nice. Once the cladding has it's protective coating removed and the balconies are completed, it'll be quite a looker.
