Thankfully the orignal got rejected. This is now on DAC website for Thursdays upcoming meeting.
Architect is

Who is designing some of Melbourne's most prominant and tallest apartment towers.
Building is 35 levels (27 levels of apartments above a podium and 5 levels of carparking. If built would be our 4th tallest.

Interesting design, certainly looks 100x better than the original proposal. Fantastic location as well, shouldn't have any problem attracting buyers.
Fingers crossed for a height increase to make it either over 100m, or even better, a new tallest.

That...looks pretty bloody awesome. It has lots going for it, a great design, height and prominence, and a tremendous location. Hope it sells as quickly as Vue. If so, would we have ever had 3 buildings over 80m in construction simultaneously?

Yes! Finally Elenberg Fraser has come to Adelaide. This will be a real landmark if it gets built!

Easily one of the most striking buildings to be ever proposed for Adelaide.
Coupled with a great location, I hope it sells well.

Dissenting view - I don't like it!
Wrong location, better off somewhere around Victoria Square.
Basically the design says 'Fuck you!" to all the heritage buildings surrounding the base.
