This is what Grote Street needs! Not pointless 2 story crappy looking buildings! Grote St in some places looks like a country town's main road, rather than a city street!
The only other building I can think of like this (with a decent height to it) is the Hilton building. Hopefully this one will be like that large building in Franklin Street (the accommodation one), where you can actually see it in the skyline, rather than being obscured by smaller closer buildings.

Another 150 and construction can start.... That website hasn't been updated in over 6 months. I don't see this project progressing anytime soon but happy to be proven wrong.
