Yes agree. This entrance to the city will certainly look much better

Only 9 apartments left that aren't either sold or on hold according to the price list on the website.

"Demolition of the existing site and construction of August Towers commenced on time in early November 2015. Under the supervision of Sgherza Group, the project is due for completion in early 2017.

$6 Million dollar project. 6 story mixed commercial and residential complex.

76 OSMOND TCE, NORWOOD

$4 Million dollar project. 2 story mixed commercial and residential complex with undercroft.

NORTH HAVEN MARINA

$10 Million dollar project. Development of marina for 100+ boats

RAPID AVENUE APARTMENTS, NORTHGATE (LIGHTSVIEW)

$2.5 Million dollar apartment complex. 3 story apartment containing 8 apartments with Undercroft.

HINDMARSH APARTMENTS

29 apartments, $10 million complex.

Site is levelled. Doubt any more activity until the new year.

Hey Sgherza, apart from residential apartments, what else does August Towers now contain? Past versions approved by council included a restaurant (or cafe), serviced apartments, doctors rooms, etc.

What's the final configuration, including the old mansion please?
