Barriers and fencing up this morning.

Of all the buildings going up and to go up, architecturally it's my favourite. Slightly over Bohem and Realm.

Stage 1 is the western most tower which will be first. AFAIK they haven't announced an operator for the hotel portion of stage 2.

A large area of the road side around this site has now been fenced off with barriers. It appears site office and work site preparation could be about to start.

Workers are there today and assembling the scaffolding along Flinders street for probably the site offices
