I tend to disagree.

I've been past a few times over the last week and it's looked really quiet...

The menu is fairly average, the pricing is rather high for Adelaide and their wine-list doesn't include any South Australian wine.

I've found JO's restaurants to be overrated, though it's a good coup for Adelaide.

Also, it wouldn't hurt if they had a little more signage, from the road you wouldn't even know it was there.

Depends on the time. When I went past at around 11am yesterday, there was a massive line out the door. I'd say their pricing was more mid-range rather than high (there's some far pricier restaurants to be found around Adelaide), and it's already been stated that they're planning an SA wine list as well, but that it wouldn't be ready for the initial launch.

Took a sneak-peek inside the restaurant a few months ago!
There's even an elevator for disabled persons to operate themselves!

Is the rooftop bar nearly open?

Never going to be cheap though mate. At the top of the eureka building in melbourne there's a restaurant
and the cheapest meal you can get is a 5 course meal for $100.

That sounds cheap to me haha to put it into perspective they have a minimum spend of $250 per person in some parts of the bar. Do they realise its Adelaide no L.A.

That doesn't seem very realistic. Even if a group ordered a few bottles of top-shelf fizz they wouldn't come to that.
What market are they aiming at? Adelaide isn't exactly devoid of nice places to drink these days.
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

I checked it out today, only to be told that functions are in progress.
Therefore, it'll be open to public next week.

There isn't enough "premium" places in Adelaide so that is great news
