Well my card is often a derp so could be something like that!
If you are being charged twice is most likely because you have a 2-section card. These are charged each time you validate. Take into the station or Currie street Info Centre so they can read it for you.
I'm sure I would know what card I have

A Regular card and a 2-section card look exactly the same. They are just registered differently. Adelaide Metro should have placed a sticker on it if it was a 2-section but if no sticker was placed on it its possible they gave you a card that looked like a regular but was actually a 2-section with no sticker placed on it.

Take it in and get it checked.

I'm sure it is a regular since I use it every day know the difference of rates. But as said before and by you, there is probably something wrong with the card since it has had some problems in the past as well. Thanks for the help!

Unless they've recently changed, no they don't. When I got my 2 section card, it looked 100% identical to the normal card - to the point I had to go back and query that I was given the correct card, at which point they stuck on an ugly silver "2 section" sticker.

Expect to see another round of timetable changes occuring later this month with Adelaide's 3 Bus Contractors.
Details/timetables should be available in the next week!

So the Light City Buses timetables will have row upon row of question marks ?
'cause if not I can't see any of their bus drivers keeping to it.

But have you seen the traffic at that intersection in peak hour? The driver could have read War and Peace in the time it takes to turn that corner...

True, but still not a good look, and the last thing Transfield need at the moment.

Wasn't the guy who delivered a TV in a bus also a Transfield-ite...

Yes-=he was,and Transfield driver who fell asleep at the wheel and smashed into a stobie pole causing over $250,000 damage .
They are not getting a lot of good publicity at the moment including their continual late running in their North-South contract areas where 4 in 10 buses are late.

At least the Government is starting to take routes off Transfail now and giving them back to Torrens Transit.

We don't know for certain if this will happen until the Government confirms it.At the moment it is speculation, even though Channel 9 had the story on its news last week(no other channel did).
