Best and Worst of the 00's

As the last day of the decade I was thinking that it would be a good idea if the members of the forum could share with the rest of us, what you consider to be the best new building of the decade as well as the worst building of the decade.
For me the best new building of the decade has been the Kaurna Building of UniSA at Hindley Street. It is simply avantgarde and it is easy to see how it was one of the buildings which represented Australia at the Venice Architecure Biennial.
Other honourable mentions include:
*Dorrit Black and the Bob Hawke Buildings also of UniSA
*The new Advertiser Building
*The Commonwealth Law Courts
*SA Water HQ
*Edge and Wave
*Embassy Apartments
*Convention Centre
For me the worst building of the decade is the UniLodge @ Metro (Spark88, Octagon). It is a cheap looking building that has even cheaper looking adornments that look like an afterthought. Overall it looks like a hospital from the early 1950s.
Dishonourable mentions also include:
*Alpha and Palais Apartments
*Flinders Link
*The blank walls of City Central
