Things that require roofs in Adelaide

So what in Adelaide do you think needs a roof built over it?

On the list so far we have:
1. Adelaide Oval
2. Torrens river footbridge

I would like to nominate the beach, I like to walk my dog along the beach but it's a real pain when it's raining. So please, build a roof over the beach. Also, i would like a roof over the Drive-In at Gepps Cross I like going to the drive in but i donb't like my car getting wet while watching a movie. So please, build a roof over the drive in.

Your comments will be appreciated.

Obviously the Botanic Gardens. I always really want to enjoy the gardens, but all the pesky fresh air, sunshine and weather get in the way.

What someone should really do, is invent some kind of portable roof. One that you can hold in your hand, and perhaps fold up when not needed.

And the outback. I'd love to go there and look at the rocks and trees and wotnot, but I'm deadly afraid that a satellite will fall from space and kill me, or at least upset my hair. And don't say that it won't happen, remember SkyLab.

Before suggesting we build a roof in the outback i believe you should dwell over height restrictions in the area.

I agree entirely! It can be a bit uncomfortable watching an entire movie from a car seat though, so it would be nice if they could install some comfortable seating. Also the area is a bit large I think so maybe break it up into several smaller roofed sections where you can pick a comfortable seat and watch one of a variety of movies.

The rooftop car park at Westfield Marion could do with a roof on it!

I have already thought of that - my plan was to build the roof at ground level, possibly out of asphalt.

Build the roof strong enough and it could even be used as another level to park cars on!
