Stadiums Around the World

Hello all,
I have found some pages on the net that have given lists of what the author perceives to be the best or most beautiful/ weird stadiums in the world. I am hoping that this new topic can just be a place for people to hold discussions about how stadiums look and for people to put forward some of their own (rational and realistic) thoughts as to how we could incorporate similar things in Adelaide. It is not my desire for this page to become another forum for mindless rants, but rather for the reasons I have just explained.
The sites are:

The one stadium that really stood out to me was the World Games Stadium in Taiwan: One thing that struck me about this stadium was the grassed area that they have at one end of the stadium . Perhaps we could incorporate something similar into Adelaide Oval where we could keep the trees and landscape the hill to flow on from the stands.
Here's a little segment from this website: http://www.nssac.gov.tw/english/HomeSty ... n_01_1.htm

Again, I don't want this to become another place for mudslinging to occur.Building Highlights?
URBAN PARK
Boasting a broad space, the area surrounding the National Stadium of Sports Affairs Council was designed as a green-landscaping park in order to relieve the anticipated traffic congestion accompanying diverse activities after inauguration, meet the requirements of emergency evacuation, and improve the environment with well-conserved ecological systems. With the landscaping integrated with the National Stadium, even when there are no events being held, citizens coming here will also be attracted by the natural environment and the beauty of the stadium building.
OPEN STADIUM
Conventional stadiums are designed according to the concept of concentric circles, and events are held in enclosed space. The National Stadium is an architectural structure with the entrance facing south; such open space planning for stadiums is rare worldwide and conveys a cordial feeling in warmly welcoming all visitors. Also thanks to its openness, the stadium is harmoniously integrated within its encircling environment.
