I'm not too sure if this warrants it's own thread. i think this may be the bob jane T Mart site opposite the proposed 123 Flinders.

Looks pretty nice. The wind arbor should certainly give it some interest.

A friend of mine just got himself a job at Pruzinski architects, and told me about this proposal a few weeks ago.
It is going to be the Pruzinksi architects headquarters going by what im told.

Agreed, the devlopment growth plan only allows for a maximum height of 3.5m in that part of the city. Rejected!

Yeah, we cannot approve this; not only is it about 7 stories too tall, it's also completely out of character with the heritage listed Bob Jane premises.

Not to mention the way it encroaches on the empty space above and around it, such reckless space filling cannot be permitted in or around the CBD.
