Hi All
Onkaparinga Council have recently (October 2012) commissioned a new Traffic education park at Reynella. The park is part of Caine Reserve and features a new playground with flying Fox, Refurbished Tennis Courts and picnic areas.

i think this is a great Idea, Had the chance to take my son there today, and he had a ball riding around and learning the Road signs and the rules.I was wondering If there are more of these parks around Adelaide at all??

The First track, mimicking a country road with few entry roads and long stretches of straight and winding Roads.

The second track, resembling a city environment, with traffic lights, Roundabouts, T junction and even a School crossing.

The Roundabout with hand prints in the centre.

Road and Cycle Safety Centre, Ridgehaven: http://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au/page.aspx?u=792. I remember going here years ago as part of a primary school excursion.

There's also the one which was on Port Road, Thebarton: http://www.decd.sa.gov.au/roadsafety/a8 ... afetySAPOL. This one is now closed. Apparently a new one is/was being built near by but I don't know where exactly.

It's been moved just up the road to the other side of the barracks as part of the new Bonython Park Activity Hub (which opened on Sunday).
