One of the biggest shakeups of the state's planning system is to take place if the recommendations within this report are adopted.

We've only had a brief read of the 172 page report, but not much in the current planning regime is untouched. From heritage, urban living, approvals, role of councils, new planning commission, design, infrastructure, online submissions and so forth.
