I THINK i may know who is the architect behind this proposal. It has been in the works for some time now. AFAIK it should be well designed too!

This one is expected to be approved at Thursdays DAC meeting.
65 one bedroom, 46 two bedroom. Height is 42.6m.
Looks like this is pretty much the maximum the airport will allow in this area.

Nothing amazing, but points for a bit of articulation with the balconies, and the slight set back so they can do away with a massive blank western wall.
