Perfect height for the area. Always wanted this side of town to be built up more, considering Pultney is one of the main thoroughfares off of Glen Osmond Road, and ultimately from Melbourne.

Another one?.... jeez!
If this and 125 Flinders get built, this area is going to look completely different. Bring it on
P.S shame it's not the open-air carpark site, that is a disgrace.

Has this gone before the DAC already? Didn't see anything in recent agenda/minutes...

Far out, this side of the city is really taking off.
With Vue and 115 KWS currently under construction, and proposals of 80-110m tall buildings that will more than likely go ahead. This city is set to look VERY different in as little as five years time.

Surprising. Bring it on!
Just a heads up to the architects / developers - they can go taller than 135m for this location. I suggest they have a chat with AAL / CASA and find out.

I don't hate it actually, although it does seem the tower and the podium are from two different buildings, and I'm not sure about the windows on the tower — they're a bit "bitty". Will need to see some additional renders. I'd take this over the cookie-cutter apartment buildings that we mostly get presented with.

Too early to call it based on that one tiny render. Looks interesting to me, and more inspiring than most of the proposals this city sees. Waiting till proper renders are out to make a call.

I don't think they are windows. I think the facade is full glass and those gaps are balcony recesses. If the glazing is of high enough quality, I think it'll look quite good.

I hope you're right because I thought it looked like it was all concrete with a few tiny windows thrown in.

If that is infact gold styled glass similar to Prima Apartments in Melbourne, then this building could end up looking amazing!
