Anyone seen any links to this development?

Sorry if i've duplicated a thread, Search didn't bring up anything.

I've seen this in the low/mid rise forum, but wasn't aware that it was made up of two buildings. I think its quite a tidy development, will be good for east terrace. It seems that more luxury style apartments are selling well, I've noticed the apartments of 203 North Terrace have had strong sales too.

On a separate note what determines a development getting its own thread or being coupled up with the low/mid rise development? Is it height, cost, size? A prize is on offer for whoever answers

I think :

Less then 10 levels should be reported in the low / mid rise thread.
10 levels or more should have it's own thread.

Blimp, keep in mind that a lot of people on here don't seem to show much respect for my judgement so you
might as well keep on looking for criteria which can be used to determine what gets it's own thread and what
doesn't.

I wasn't aware that this was 2 buildings either. I like the idea of this development having its own thread. It breaks new ground on that part of East Terrace

A development usually warrants its own thread if it is taller than 35m. This is based upon the technical definition of what constitutes a high-rise building.

Having said that, a development less than 35m can obtain its own thread if that said development is substantial - i.e. the convention centre redevelopment.

Update as at Sunday 12 mar 2017 -More progress in the basement. the northern side has been dug down deeper than the southern side.
