Some pictures from 4 April 2017 from Spence Ave off Cross Road (on western side of site). The site is very spread out and slopes down from Cross Rd. It has a tower crane visible from the intersection of the Freeway/Glen Osmond Rd/ Portrush Road. Much of the work so far is below the Street level.

They are trying to get this one finished by June, but there struggling. Some pretty good views from level 4, and some nice size balconies in some of the apartments.
