Perhaps we should thank Centro et al for pointing out the limitations of our stock exchange - all price sensitive information (including preliminary accounts) to be released to the market, even if wrong. Allow everyone to rely upon the same suspect information.

I will look at those development threads for the blafours site....My wife and i are looking at investing in Adelaide seeing it is projected to be growing in value by up to 25% for the next 3-4 years at least. I've always been a bit worried about the premium you're likely to pay on an Urban Construc...

Just talking with one of the project folks today - there are still working tenants in there (lots of lawyers, apparently), so lots of discussions about the concept of acceptable noise. From the pictures, I'd be more worried about whether you'd fall out of your office.

I'm intrigued as to who was in the wrong in terms of mixing up just how much debt was "current". There was probably some oversight or obfuscation at Centro, but what were their auditors doing? It seems like a pretty big oversight on their part. And I wonder if shareholders could take an ac...
