[PRO] Re: Roseworthy Satellite City 43,300 homes

As for proposed Roseworthy and Gawler developments they are just "new suburbs" in the middle of nowhere (especially Roseworthy)
They are not "new cities"...they will come with the same issues that all other outer suburbs developments come with....except magnified by 10.

Re: News & Discussion: Electricity Infrastructure

South Australia pays for its section of the build.....if the SA section cost 80 million more to build then South Australia pays for it.

If the New South Wales section went 200 million over budget then NSW pays for it.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Trains

We don't need to build north of Gawler.....there is heaps and heaps of vacant land between the Adelaide CBD and Gawler.... heaps.

And why split the Gawler line in 2 at the northern end?.....just no.....bad urban planning.

It's inevitable that the Seaford line is extended south, but the new ...

Re: News & Discussion: Electricity Infrastructure

Re: News & Discussion: Other Metropolitan Developments

As it should be. Personally, I'd have preferred to see the government invest in an entirely new hospitalty at Tonsley when that site first became available and Flinders University takeover the current FMC site for a new campus. My only concern with building up around this space, and I've expressed ...
