man to think we had hopes of it being 100m+ and now it's half the size. 11L is so short, the render would look so much better if the tower was taller. It looks stumped

Really? I can't think of any others. I can think of some intersections in Adelaide that are too far apart for this to work. The other end of Holbrooks Road fits this category, as does the Daws/Goodwood/Springbank Road staggered intersection. And there are other examples that are sufficiently close ...

the river is amazing. I often question why Adelaide wasn't built on that river instead of the Torrens What part? The estuary is saline but not navigable, the gorge is too steep, and the transport infrastructure for a city up in the hills would be much more expensive. Creating a dock on the estuary ...
