I've been waiting for this as well. There is what looks like a test piece for the arbour that can be seen in the photo above (the 6 squares on the horizontal bar) that have been there for awhile now.
Hopefully this progresses soon, as it will look quite spectacular once operational.

Soil sampling drilling has started this morning in the rear carpark area.
