Re: [PRO] Unley Central $150M Mixed-use
Sorry to bump this read with speculation, but I wonder if it is this site for sale: https://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/property/unley-sa-5061-2017179655 Presumably the sale was for site next door with the medical centre and chemist (google maps reports it at 4000m2 though). Apparently it was s...

Re: [PRO] Unley Central $150M Mixed-use
It was Franklins, then Bi-Lo and then it may have changed to Coles before moving out (not certian about last one). There was an internet cafe at the front entry of the mall.
Seems it's all quiet about the development, anyone know where it's at ?

Re: [PRO] Unley Central $150M Mixed-use
Cinema is not needed really but what I would like to see is something akin to what I saw in Sydney, Macquarie Shopping Centre - an ice skating rink. It would be right fit here and fun for all. Since Unley has no electronics stores, something like Jaycar would be good.

Hi All, Not sure of this is the right place to ask this but, Where can I find out how many apartment developments are still going up in Adelaide, approved or construction phase? Also I am also curious how they are doing sale wise, before and after all the bad publicity about apartments for example t...

Would be great to see progress photos from a drone but I believe this is no fly zone for anything over 100g.

According to one of the demo guys, site should be clean in about two weeks . They estimate break ground in November.
At the moment there isn't anything overly exciting to see just yet.

Re: Sydney tower Evacuated
This kind of news is dangerous for the building sector and those who develop apartment buildings. Today I read article on abc.net.au that not only the prices of apartments in opal tower are affected but it's having a cascade effect. If this kind of dangerous chatter continues it will make a lot of pr...

I remember reading about funding announced for 20,000 new apprenticeships some time in July this year and wonder if there are any apprentices and how many on the job site as a result (or at least partial result) of that funding ? Does anyone know if there is any way to find out how many apprentices ...

What we need is something like Green Hills adventure park but closer to the city, however who wants to invest when car parks and pokies have a better return and insurance is on different scale.

This development seems to have a website. Looks like the building has a pleasant appearance, will see how fast it can be realised.
