[COM] Re: M2 Northern Connector | 15.5km | $867m
So, how about a test of those new line markings in the rain? During sunny/cloudy conditions when the roads wet? They trialled those LED lights on the markings, was it in the hills?...why can't that be a regular feature on our roads? That would surely help especially during wet conditions or when vi...

Southbound on R2P was open this morning. what's the speed limit on the overpass? I'm assuming it would be low while work is still underway. I live south so I almost rely on this forum to see what's happening out that way. Both ways at 40km/h at the moment. Wouldn’t expect to see that lifted for qui...

Accompanying tonight’s northbound motorway closure between Regency and Days Roads, southbound entry to the T2T was moved to the new on ramp immediately south of Regency Road. Southbound T2T traffic had to enter at the Regency Road on ramp and use the southern section of the R2P, normal access from ...

Why would you call them the M2 and A9 when you’ve got great names like NEXY, SEXY, and PREXY? [emoji23]aceman wrote:why not just call it the 'M2'??

North-South tunnels ‘to cost $11bn’ SEE THE VIDEO Tunnels along South Rd to finish the North-South Corridor would cost $11 billion, the construction industry says, and should be dumped. “This is Adelaide, not New York,” they say. The bus reforms aren't even popular among the Liberal Party https://indaily.com.au/news/2020/06/17/duluk-speaks-out-as-libs-revolt-on-bus-cuts/ No matter what the issue is, if a government makes changes, there will always be some who will complain. Carbon tax? Renewable energy? Tax reforms? It does...

You have to get on at Waterloo Corner Road, does the Bolivar interchange have a northbound ramp? In the video on the Northern Connector site it doesn't look like it does. Yes it does. It was a late addition. But getting on at Waterloo Cnr Rd is not going to be acceptable for huge B-doubles and trip...

Can we all just vent for a minute that there is no northbound PWR to NEXY ramp?
It’s an obvious need and not that much work, requiring only a trumpet interchange. This also could have been used as the temporary on-ramp during construction that they’re about to remove.
It’s just silly

To my mind, the freight diversion has to start from somewhere before Glen Osmond. The Superway-style elevation might provide different options to a tunnel. but ultimately, the problem remains that things don't stop by themselves while rolling downhill. I haven't seen or heard a solution that involv...
