Peter Alexander store walls have come down, store looks very small.

In addition to the previously listed stores these are stores currently being fitted out in the new mall. Note some are moving from existing mall. I can confirm Tiffany is one however only 3 upmarket stores.

Guys that corner is meant to be Louis Vuitton facade it’s obvious from the videos, LV still haven’t signed on and burnside are probably freaking out because LV is there anchor apart from coles and Zara.

Gucci will be opening up in David jones Rundle mall this month I’ve heard bags and accessories only.

I’m pretty sure top floor of that corner is a docters clinic, the middle floor is JB HI Fi and the bottom floor will be Louis Vuitton if they sign on. So it’s probably gonna be a LV facade if the LV permanent store goes ahead.

Guys I think Tiffany is pulling out ACP for a reason I doubt they are gonna invest in a new store in burnside only to close it and re open back at ACP. Plus they are in the worst spot on north terrace and their showcase windows are usually smashed.

I’ve heard today from someone involved in one of the luxury brands that was to open in Burnside that they are no longer opening and a number of others have now also not committed as LV underperformed and various other market conditions. This brand will be turning their attention to a CBD location ...

It’s kind of embarrassing for burnside

Any pics from downstairs a lot of shops have started there fit outs on ground.

On the videos burnside posted of the plans it looked like a LOUIS VUITTON facade but clearly LV hasn’t signed the contract yet so probs why they are painting it.

Does no one else see any issue with the fact that this redevelopment is quite literally going to massacre the CBD's shopping strips of its higher end retailers? Not that I believe Aje or Zimmerman have done anything for Rundle Street as it's not a hive of activity and can at times be tumble weed ...

Has anyone heard if Aje and Zimmmerman are moving from Rundle st to burnside?
