Congrats! They have permanent parking at the Henry carepark and the one across the road on young st for lease. Wateva u do don't park car on the side of the apartment even if ur unloading or else u might get booked if sOmeone c u. There's free parking at the front of the apartment at night time during the wk it's fairly quiet, if u need to unload the car.

I didn't realise the Fed Govt threw so much cash at this project.

From AdelaideNow
A mix of private, public and affordable housing was officially unveiled yesterday, in a new Government-funded apartment tower in the CBD.

The Federal Government contributed more than $48 million towards construction of the UNO Apartments - the new 17-storey building on Waymouth St.

Thirty apartments in the building are dedicated to youth homelessness service Youth110, which is run by St John's Youth Services.

Social Housing Minister Tony Piccolo said the project would help the Government address the homelessness issue.

"This development will help to address some of the underlying issues that cause homelessness and reduce the isolation felt by many people previously shut out of the housing market," he said.

An additional 27 apartments have been made available to low and middle-income earners under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), at 20 per cent below market rates.

UNO was built by Adelaide-based Tagara Builders and has already won a number of awards including the best high density housing award from the Urban Development Institute.

The ground floor of the building will feature retail outlets, including a cafe and sushi bar. The property and tenancy manager, Urban Communities will provide an on-site place manager to help integrate the building's diverse residents.

Premier Jay Weatherill said the project built on the Government's pledge to add vibrancy to the CBD.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
