Corey Wingard had campaigned prior to the previous election on the grade separation of the Oaklands crossing. Not sure if he brought it up this time, I'm no longer in his electorate. After Labor announced their plans for it, I'm not sure what the Libs position is. Other than that I don't recall seeing or hearing anything on rail.
The contract for the grade separation has already been signed. It is going ahead.
I admire your naive confidence, but contracts can be broken, at a cost.
Just ask the Victorian government.

Just ask the Victorian government.
Why would they break a contract for a project that all sides (Labs, Libs, SAB) lobbied for?
The East-West Link in Melbourne is a completely different issue, a project opposed by almost everyone except the Liberal governments at the time. Miles apart.

You said it's been signed, so therefore it's going ahead. I pointed out that a contract can be broken.
I wasn't commenting on whether they would go ahead with it, or wont go ahead with it.

Moratorium of fracking in limestone coast to encorouge business?? So even the Libs are pandering to noisy NIMBYS.... where do they imagine all the people and industry and "small business" are going to get their energy from now that they're stopping funding for renewables? I don't care where energy comes from either way, so long as it's reliable and affordable.. but just exactly what is the Libs energy policy ther than an extension cord from NSW?

Ahh the Vic Labor Government, the one that spent $388k of public money campaigning and then $1m trying to cover it.
But in Jay Wetherill style, a bit of an apology mixed in with nothing to see here and no ones to blame.
And they wonder why people are more cynical of the Politicians.

In regards to the State Government policies, these ones stand out:
Initiate full conditions assessment of Housing SA properties to support strategic asset management plan
Sounds like politician speak for "figuring out how much we can sell off".
Prepare and introduce legislation to implement the war on drugs program
Oh good, Nixon era policy for the SA of the 21st century.

The first one doesn't, because it was replying to you bringing Victorian politics into the SA Election thread. The remaining parts are referring to the government's list of core promises that Marshall put out.
