No.
Do you see steel rod in the piles? No. You wouldn't put them in if you intended to cap them.

^Classic. Cant just answer the question genuinely, instead has to belittle in the process.. Try & take into account that not everyone might know what you know.

No intent to belittle. He's asking about a process and whether a mistake was made. Just working through the process.YellowRoad wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 11:02 pm^Classic. there is steel rods actually. As they are dismantling the piles the steel pieces are being put to one side in a pile.

Suppose you know what I'm alluding to though - reinforcing cages. It'd be a hell of a site trying to snap the piles with those suckers in there.

Two quick snaps of the crane. Considering the building will be taller than the crane, it'll have a significant impact on the area - a positive one.

Appears they are running behind on this one.
An article from late last year indicated construction of the structure would start in March with the podium (8 levels?) done by June. This would appear extremely unlikely.
Based on the minimal below ground work on the Frome St tower, Realm needs to get a wriggle on if it wants to claim the title of tallest

The next day, the workers at Realm turn up to find a group of people lingering around their gates. The only consistency in the range of age, gender, physique and dress are the obviously brought-from-home spades and pickaxes.Mr Smith wrote: ↑Wed Apr 11, 2018 8:37 amAppears they are running behind on this one.

Spoke to a worker on site yesterday arvo - they are running 6 weeks behind on this one. Basement almost dug but more concrete to go in.

Did you ask what the basement is for? Doesn't look like carparking?
